£1 million and counting in Timeshare refunds

We are so pleased to be able to announce that his month has been an extremely busy and exciting time at Sarah Waddington Solicitors. The news that we have all been waiting for has finally arrived. This means that we have been able to deliver the very welcome and much awaited update to many clients that we have now secured the repayment of money they had paid to purchase their timeshare ownership and had given up all hope of ever recovering this.

Timeshare fight.

Due to the hard work and determination of our experienced and dedicated Timeshare team we have not been swayed from our mission to recover this compensation for clients and we are extremely pleased to report that not only have we secured the timeshare refunds – we have been able to transfer the compensation back to Timeshare clients and they have now received the cash back into their bank – we have delivered lots of welcome news to a growing number of Timeshare clients who are extremely grateful for the hard work we have done on their behalf to win them the compensation they deserve. It is great to see so many relieved and happy clients for whom their Timeshare nightmare is about to end. It really makes the work we are doing extremely worthwhile just to hear the relief and gratitude in the clients’ voices when we deliver the great news. It’s music to our ears to be hearing clients telling us that its great that they have had the worry lifted so that they don’t have to worry about this anymore and that they are pleased to have reached the end of a long road. Happy clients make the work we are doing worthwhile.

Vulnerable Timeshare owners and those in financial difficulty.

This month has seen us assisting timeshare clients in poor financial circumstances, with health problems, vulnerable, elderly and widowed and we have now recovered over £1 million pounds for clients. We resolved cases this month where clients with multiple loans were previously advised that they had received the total amount when in fact they hadn’t, and we have been able to secure that for them. We have also recovered money this month for clients who had previously been advised that their case was out of time meaning they couldn’t claim.

Scammed Timeshare owners.

We have also secured a number of chargeback payments this month where Timeshare owners had paid an Unregulated company to carry out work which was not done, and we have in fact secured release from the Timeshare ownership and a refund of the payment made to those companies. One client has seen the return of the £20,000 he paid out and he was overjoyed to receive this unexpected windfall which he believed  would not be returned, it has been and  he was very pleasantly surprised and pleased.

Timeshare Exit.

We have also continued to finalise many more Timeshare cases for relinquishment only meaning that those clients are now confirmed as being Timeshare free and do not have the worry of ongoing maintenance fees which can often be a huge saving . This again comes as financial relief to many clients who have been struggling to pay their management fees , often for many years.

We look forward to finalising many more cases in the coming month. This is evidence that the correct route has been taken and whilst it has taken time to resolve it the best result that could have been achieved for the clients- our persistence always beats resistance

Finally, remember any genuine timeshare solicitor will be extremely careful to manage a client’s expectations. They will be honest and realistic with what could possibly be achieved in regard to your individual case.
