Timeshare Owners Be Warned.
Have you ever purchased a Silverpoint, Graig Park, Shakespeare Classic Lines, Las Vistas Marketing, Vista Promotions, Bishops Travel and Lion Resorts timeshare?
Or
Have you recently received a letter from your “Bank”?
We have both current and new clients receiving letters from banks regarding the finance they took out with their timeshare purchase.
Some of the letters are scams, with companies pretending to be banks. However, some are certainly from the banks themselves.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AND WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
Firstly, with any timeshare matter, you should always contact us for free advice.
Secondly, it is our experience, in nearly a decade of dealing with complex timeshare finance claims, that the banks do not always get it right. We provide our clients with the best possible advice so that they receive maximum allowed for any claim.
Thirdly, timeshare owners are contacting us about the timeshare companies known as Silverpoint, Graig Park, Shakespeare Classic Lines, Las Vistas Marketing, Vista Promotions, Bishops Travel and Lion Resorts.
We are aware of these matters and why consumers are receiving correspondence in relation to them. We have completed such questionnaires and understand what is required.
Unfortunately, we do not understand why this issue has not been more widely publicised.
Nor do we understand why relevant information is hidden away on large corporate websites.
Similarly, we also don’t understand why it is not thought sensible to take independent, expert legal advice.
FREE ADVICE
Remember, before you sign anything, or return any document to a bank, run it past us first. You have nothing to lose but could have a lot to gain. No institution should try to encourage you not to seek independent legal advice for your own protection.
