£1.5 Million Refunded for Timeshare Owners

What an exciting time we have had at Sarah Waddington Solicitors! In the last two weeks we have successfully recovered almost £1.5 Million in refunds for our Timeshare clients. After much anticipation, last week saw the beginning of payments being made to our clients from Barclays Partner Finance in relation to Timeshare purchases. It’s been a long wait, but one that has finally paid off for many of our clients. This news has been greatly received especially in light of the recent cost of living increase, energy crisis and interest rate rise.

What happens now?

For those that have had their claim finalised, funds are being transferred including 8% interest as they are being paid out to Sarah Waddington Solicitors. Any additional claims that are to be made for including maintenance fees and management fees will then be actioned and the paperwork processed to terminate the Timeshare contract.
